Social Events challenge you to beat other players' scores and climb to the top of the leaderboard! The rewards for Social Events are given out at the end of each Event to everypony who reached a high enough tier on the leaderboard. That means you have to get to a high enough position on the leaderboard while the Event is active AND stay there until the Event timer runs out if you want to get the rewards!

Tirek's a crafty sort, and can heal the damage you deal to him! To make any headway in your battle, you'll need to hit him with every shard type before the time limit is up. If you don't beat him in time, Tirek will heal himself, and you'll need to fight him all over again! You'll need to find six keys in order to open the chest. The Mane Six have helped a lot of ponies throughout Equestria, and sometimes they'll send you Gifts of Friendship in gratitude. We've revamped the Balloon Pop game to look even more awesome, and added some more game types and ways to win, too! We've added some awesome prizes to lottery tiers, and now you can win craft materials as well. No need to worry, though: The good old Balloon Pop game is still here.
All part of the redesign! In order to allow you to quickly access the Balloon Pop game from City View in all of Equestria, that icon will be there all the time now.
Don't worry, it's still there in the Balloon Pop game -- along with all the other Balloon Pop games! A small gift icon on the Balloon Pop icon in your City View will let you know that you can play the free Balloon Pop game.
We've added some awesome limited-time Balloon Pop games with unique prize pools for you to play! That clock shows you that one of those games is active; you can play it as much as you want until the time runs out.
That shows that you can play a new type of Balloon Pop game we cooked up -- one that's only active once in a while. After you play it, it'll be locked for a fixed amount of time, so get in on the fun while you can!
These awesome new ponies are "item-locked"! All you need to do to welcome one to Equestria is collect a few special items of one particular type.
Tokens, of course! Every pony that you can unlock this way has a Token icon next to it in the Shop.
Sure you can! Every type of Token in the game is collectible.
Just have your ponies complete certain tasks and once they're finished, there's a chance you'll get the Token listed for that task!
Just open a Pony Book, pick a pony that can do a task, and tap to start it!If you tap on an item-locked pony shown in a shop, you can also see which kind of tasks will give you the Tokens you need to unlock that pony. Just tap on a task from there, and it'll take you to the Pony Book where you can start that task!
To do a task, a pony might need to talk to another pony, or go into a specific building. That means that you need to HAVE that other pony or building before they can do that task!
Not every time, no. Having a pony do a task gives you a CHANCE of getting the Token.
Sure! You can also spend Gems to welcome an item-locked pony, if you want.
You can get these ponies by completing a whole storyline! Just tap on the pony and then on the "Go There" icon that pops up, and it'll point you to the next quest in the storyline.
When a pony has finished a task, a checkmark icon will show up on the right of the City View screen. There'll also be a checkmark over the pony that finished the task!
Just open a Pony Book and tap on the info icon in the upper-left corner, and you'll see that pony's bio!
Nope -- each one is unique! Each task will give you different Tokens and resources once the pony finishes it, and each task takes a different amount of time to finish.
Sorry -- that pony can't work in shops or play mini-games until they're done with their task.
Nope -- you'll have to wait until they're done with the task.
Sure -- but you'll have to abort their job in the shop before you give them the task.
Just tap on the pony in the City View screen to see how much longer it'll be until they're done! You can also open a Pony Book and select a pony from there, if you'd like.
It could be a number of things. Remember: Ponies can't start tasks when they're dressing up or working in shops.
Not yet -- wait until they're finished dressing up, then have them start the task after that.
That icon shows up if there's a pony that can give you a bonus in the Special Clear Skies mini-game event! Tap on this icon to get to the Shop, so you can welcome that pony if you'd like.
It shows you the way to the Crystal Empire. Once you've reached level 23, the road to the Crystal Empire will be opened.

Items bought with Bits can be easily sold after they are placed on the map. Please note that items that were bought with other currency types cannot be sold or deleted.
Unfortunately, it is not technically possible at the moment. The game is not cross-platform. This means that game progress can only be transferred between devices that support the same platform: iOS, Android or Windows.
The daily bonus chain consists of 150 days. The last prize in the chain is Jigging Clownspony. So if you have already received this pony, the daily bonuses are no longer available for you.
